Caregiver for Elderly Clients

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in a part-time or casual capacity. As a Support Worker, you will be working within an experienced clinical team, providing high-quality care to our clients and ensuring their requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in aged care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver care plans and meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
• Providing emotional support to enable independence and well-being.
• Delivering care plans and meeting client needs through collaborative working with the clinical team.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in aged care (Certificate III: Aged Care or equivalent) preferred but not required.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Safe work practices knowledge.
• Ability to provide evidence of professional development.
• Good time management and interpersonal skills.

Flexible Scheduling:
