**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY AND YOU**:
An opportunity now exists for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in our Brisbane CBD office, QLD. Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, and working closely with the broader HR and Finance Teams, you’ll hold accountability for providing payroll services across multiple contracts/sites in QLD and NSW.
Critical to succeeding in this role as Payroll Officer will be your ability to multi-task commitments, work at a fast pace engaging a number of employees and functional support teams-based Australia wide, along with meet time sensitive payroll processing deadlines.
**_ Key responsibilities and skills required to perform this role to a high standard:_**
- 2+ years’ experience in high volume payroll (PYBAR employs up to 1000 people in QLD/NSW/WA/SA);
- Experience administering end of month reporting, statutory returns and salary packaging;
- Highly developed time management skills and ability to prioritise deadlines;
- Experience in the interpretation of Employment Contracts and Enterprise Agreements;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Solutions and customer service focused;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously;
- Experience using PayGlobal and Pronto desirable.
