Head Housekeeper

The Ski Club of Victoria is looking for a Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager coordinates the strategic and operational management of club buildings and facilities to ensure governance and efficient operation of all physical aspects of the facilities to create and sustain a safe, clean and productive environment for members, stakeholders and guests.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited too:
Manage and maintain the Essential Safety Measures Maintenance Audit and Diary.

Develop and execute maintenance schedule for infrastructure including management of maintenance contractors.

Maintain all club assets and devise a schedule for replacement items.

Assist the GM in the preparation and execution of facilities management budgets (both operational and capital).

Undertake daily inspection of common areas and building assets.

Ensure all daily maintenance is completed and recorded on the Maintenance Register.

Ensure internal risks are managed in line with the club’s risk policy and risk register.

Co-ordinate the facilities team to ensure the standards are maintained, rooms are cleaned within budgeted hours and all egress is clear and free from snow and ice.

Ensure WH&S is a priority.

Ensuring strong lines of communications with the Administration team.

Ensure stock levels of essential maintenance items are sufficient, prepare order list for purchasing.

Good presentations, verbal and written communication skills.

Experience supervising and managing staff.

Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and manage competing priorities

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
