We are looking for Certificate III, or Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators who radiate a sense of fun and are passionate about delivering quality early childhood education and care. This is a room leader position - experience leading a room is a nice to have but not a requirement. We are open to the idea of someone who is ready to take on more responsibilities and happy to train/support as needed.

Our centre is family run and centrally located. We are dedicated to ‘growing our own staff’. 50% of our team have been with us for over 4 years and our longest serving staff member has been with us for over 13 years.

To be successful, it is essential that you possess the following:

- A sense of fun and passion for early childhood education
- Cert III or Diploma in Child Services or similar as approved by ACECQA
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Working With Children's Check (employment), COVID Vaccination certificate
- Experience working in a similar environment is desirable.
- Working understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
