F45 Studio Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the class delivery is at a consistent 10/10 standard, promoting an energetic & welcoming environment for members
- Responsible for the management of the studio & it's staff
- Maintain and grow the total membership base to increase studio revenue month over month
- Responsible for membership acquisition and retention, including conducting referral/lead generation activities
- Ensure the sales process is followed at all times
- Manage all class scheduling and trainer rostering / time-sheets
- Manage all daily operational procedures
- Manage local area marketing / outreach and organic social media platforms
- Ensure all Front Desk systems and practices (such as Mindbody) are maintained
- Managing business to business and corporate partnerships
- Maintain cleanliness, appearance and organisation of the studio
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all workouts and athletic updates
- The manager will also facilitate 10-15 classes per week

In order to thrive in a fast growing, high performing and genuinely supportive business, this is what we'll need from you;
- 1+ year's of Studio Managing experience
- Experience In Personal Training or Group Fitness
- Cert III + First Aid Certified
- Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and changing members lives
- Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
- Passionate about fitness and represents the F45 values
- Highly energetic and can build great rapport
- Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
