**Description**:
Are you a passionate Learning & Development Officer ready to make a meaningful impact? Public sector specialists Osborne Richardson are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Local Government client in Melton, Victoria, on an initial 5-month contract.
As a Learning & Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative learning and development programs, frameworks, and practices. Your efforts will support the goals and objectives of our organisation while addressing the professional and personal development needs and growth of Council’s workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and evaluate cutting-edge learning and development programs.
- Create and enhance frameworks and practices to support organizational goals.
- Respond to the professional and personal development needs of our dedicated workforce.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with the People and Culture Organisational Development Coordinator.
- Identify Council's workforce needs and align programs with workforce planning.
- Ensure offerings match organisational capabilities and business unit needs.
