Chipmunks Childcare is a network of boutique childcare centres located throughout Sydney. Our core mission is to enhance educational outcomes for young children within the communities we serve. We believe that learning begins from the moment a child is born and continues throughout their life.

Each of our centres fosters strong community connections, meaning that every Chipmunks centre is unique in its approach, with its own dedicated team and methods tailored to the needs of its specific area.

We place a strong emphasis on supporting families and are always open to discussions with parents regarding any matters they wish to raise. Our primary responsibility is to the children in our care and their families.

**We are looking for**:
A passionate, dedicated, and experienced Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator who is committed to providing the highest level of care and education for children. We are seeking professionals who share our values and vision for children's learning, and who are committed to building strong relationships with families.

**As an educator, you will**:

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the broader community
- Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Support the room leader in delivering a high-quality educational program, in consultation with children, families, educators, and the community.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators to develop strong programs
- Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to high-quality care

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $31.66 per hour
