**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking passionate **Room Leaders **and **Diploma-Qualified Educators **(or those working towards), to join our team at Hammond Park West.

**For Educators, duties include**:

- Collaborating closely with other educators to provide a safe, fun, and educational environment for our children.
- Providing day-to-day care, supervision, and education, contributing to the daily schedule.
- Creating positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and the community.

**For Room Leaders, duties include**:

- Work in partnership with the Education Leader to deliver a high-quality educational program based on the Buttercups Pedagogy Standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance and inspiration to educators in your team.
- Promote children's well-being and provide a safe and secure environment.
- Acting as a Responsible Person at times when the Centre Manager is absent from the Centre, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operation and administration ensuring the provision of high-quality early childhood education and care to children and their families.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Diploma (or working towards), or ACECQA approved Equivalent.
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- A warm and caring personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance.
- Copy of your Qualification
- Copy of your Working with Children Check
- Work Rights Evidence (Passport, Visa details, birth certificate)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
