Tandem Partners are proud to be partnering with this values driven non for profit organisation that has recently experienced significant growth. With exciting prospects ahead, the opportunity has arisen for a People and Capability Manager to join their team.

The People and Capability Manager will be a senior member of People and Culture team and will contribute to achieving the overarching HR strategy to drive a positive, high performing culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become a trusted advisor and truly partner with the business to drive positive changes. You will work to provide advice, guidance and coaching across the full HR Generalist remit.

Furthermore, you will take lead on negotiating the upcoming EBA with assistance from employment lawyers. In addition to this, you will also have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects covering employee engagement, leadership development and diversity and inclusion.

To be successful within this position, you will have a strong HR generalist background, and prior experience negotiating and EBA. You will have strong project management skills and the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
