**Roles and Responsibilities to make smiles sparkle**:

- Setting up the surgery for procedures, including preparing treatment materials and tidying up post-procedure.
- Providing chairside assistance with care and precision, ensuring patient comfort is always the top priority.
- Handling phone calls and patient queries efficiently.
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness at our clinic with top-notch infection control and sterilisation practices.
- Ensuring the seamless operation of our practice through efficient administration and stock control.
- Serving as the welcoming face for our patients at reception, handling payments, scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and guiding our patients through their care journey.
