Labourpower Trade are seeking a Trade Assistant to join our client, located in Prestons. This position is Monday to Friday, Afternoon Shift with Day shift training.

Our client are a premier supplier of outsourced manufacturing and filling for the non-food FMCG sector specialising in Laundry and Household cleaning products, Personal care, Automotive products & promotional packaging.

**Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to**:

- Daily Maintenance on Production lines.
- Organising line set ups based on the production schedule.
- Attending to any machine breakdowns.
- Checking batch number are set up, quality and quantity.
- Preventative maintenance on the machinery.

**To be suitable for this role you would have the following skills and qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Trade Assistant in the manufacturing industry.
- Mechanical Mindset
- Relevant qualifications - Desirable
- Line setting experience - Advantage
- Positive “can do” attitude.
