**A retail and wholesale butcher in Melbourne, Victoria. We require a competent worker to fill our role of Accounts & Administrator Coordinator.**
Grange Meat Co is a butcher and further processing facility east of the Melbourne CBD. We specialise in production of high quality meat for the general public, major caterers, restaurants, cafes and other hospitality across Melbourne and Greater Melbourne.
We pride ourselves on paddock to plate, whole carcass butchery, sourcing produce from our own farm as well as local Victorian farmers.

**What we are looking for**:
- Accounts Receivable: Invoicing customers and tracking payment of those invoices through bank reconciliation. It often requires follow up to customers on overdue payments.
- Accounts Payable: Reviewing supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and make payment to those invoices.
- Payroll: Prepare and process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy in pay rates, deductions, and superannuation contributions. Resolve payroll issues and assist in answering employee questions concerning payroll/ leave balances. Processing Superannuation payments to employees funds. Processing annual leave and sick leave. Updating employee records as required.
To find success in this role we require someone who has a positive attitude as well as a good set of priority and organisational skills.
**Roster & Availability**:
- Full Time position Monday to Friday
- Morning Shift/Day Shift Start Time 7.00am
- Immediate start available
**Required Experience**:
- Experience in a similar accounting/finance or bookkeeping role.
- A good understanding of MS Office (Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively manage customer relationships, and engage effectively with internal team members.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
