**About the Role**

Your leadership will ensure that our teams continue to deliver high-quality service, and you will be instrumental in managing resources, training, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role also involves close collaboration with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of electrical and solar projects, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electricians, apprentices, and solar technicians.
- Ensure all projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance with relevant electrical and solar guidelines.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to maximize efficiency.
- Manage operational workflows, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and tasks are completed on time.
- Provide technical support and guidance to teams working on-site.
- Develop and deliver ongoing training programs for staff, ensuring all team members remain up to date with industry practices and regulations.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure that quality control standards are maintained and all projects are completed safely.
- Contribute to the overall operational strategy of the business, including growth initiatives and process improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Licensed electrician** with **SAA Accreditation** (Essential).
- Strong experience managing electrical and solar installation projects.
- **Proven years** of hands-on experience in the electrical and/or solar industry, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in managing **project timelines, budgets, and compliance** with relevant industry standards.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, with a focus on safety and performance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of **solar systems**, battery storage, and grid compliance is highly valued.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
