**THE ROLE**

An exciting opportunity is here to join Origin’s new Moving Home Service Provider - Ten Ants

Ten Ants platform and value proposition means we do the heavy lifting for moving customers, by offering a free service to get their utilities connected in one call. Ten Ants works with multiple providers and offers a range of different products and services to ensure the customer has choice when using our service.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing an end-to-end moving service for our customers with single call resolution.
- Welcoming referred and direct customers by delivering to their immediate moving needs.
- Building customer loyalty one conversation at a time by providing our customers with exceptional service and building rapport.
- Putting the customer first by ensuring end-to-end service and tailored service options based on their moving needs.
- Contributing to a highly capable and engaged workforce and environment where people feel connected, can thrive, and grow their careers at Ten Ants.

**Is this you?**

**We are looking for someone who possesses**
- Highly developed sales and negotiation skills.
- Identify and match the needs of customers to a suite of products and services.
- Results orientated with strong sales skills and ability to meet targets.
- The ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment and display resilience and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional customer service attributes, particularly the ability to communicate in a concise, polished, and professional manner and be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team, with colleagues and staff at all levels.
- Good initiative, problem solving skills and ability to learn complex processes.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality and first call resolution.
- Demonstrated computer, literacy, and numerical skills.
