Western Health are seeking an experienced Coordinator of Volunteers to lead and support a team of volunteers in the inner west region of Melbourne. This position is for a person who has a passion for community engagement and understands the value of the volunteers and their contribution to the organisation. The successful incumbent will be able to work independently, and as part of a team. They are able to recruit and lead a team of volunteers, implement programs, and communicate across various levels.

This position is offered as a part-time, temporary opportunity based at Sunshine Hospital.

**To be Successful in this Role, you will**:

- Need to have experience in managing volunteers
- Have effective communication skills
- Need to be flexible
- Have experience with Better Impact database
