We specialize in on-site computer repairs and IT support, serving both home users and small to medium-sized businesses. From server installation and network setups to comprehensive IT support and services, we cover it all.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver on-site and remote IT support and services, helping setup, fix and provide ongoing technical support across various technologies such as;
- PCs (both hardware and software)
- Phones
- Televisions
- Networks
- Wifi/modems
- Apple products
- Cloud Applications + more
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for a diverse client base
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical concepts clearly

**About You**
- A passion for technology, eager to tackle issues related to computers, networks, and more
- Strong customer service and communication skills, able to demystify technical jargon
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work at least one weekend day and Mondays
- Experience in providing on-site IT support in homes or office environments
- Possess your own vehicle, valid driver's license, and a toolkit
- Hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) and can issue electronic invoices
- Based in Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast, or surrounding areas
