Our client is an internationally recognised brand who has embarked on a major Workday project. They are looking for a security specialist to join the team and provide security SME guidance, ensuring the project is executed in a secure and safe manner.

**Your responsibilities will be broad covering but not limited to the following**:

- Leading Workday security design, aligning with business needs
- Working with the security and IAM team (Sailpoint) to implement relevant security and identity controls
- Configure and maintain user roles and permissions, configuring security policies with business needs and best practices
- Access impact of and help construct strategy for post HCM go live security uplift
- Assist in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools, e.g. Workday Report Writer, EIBs and Workday Analytics.
- Work with SAP security team to detect the impacts, and security role and Identity functionality changes required in the SAP ECC

**To excel in this position you will bring the following**:

- 5+ years experience with Workday security or similar, previous security/solutions design background
- Demonstrated proficiency in Workday security setup, including domain security policies, BP security policies, different types of security groups, segment-based security setup etc
- Demonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer, EIBs, Dashboard, Worklets and Workday Analytics
- Strong familiarity in IAM tools/concepts, Sailpoint experience beneficial
- Ability to engage stakeholders, understand business requirements, create security designs to suit, and guide teams on implementation
