**Your day to day**
You will be responsible for: monitoring the hotel's security and ensuring the safety of our guests. - You will efficiently and effectively handle any guest queries or complaints - You will manage the Front Office team to ensure all check in/out procedures are adhered to and that all checklist actions are accurately completed and on time. - Drive brand standards and value initiative of our Winning Ways: Do the Right thing, Show we Care, Aim Higher, Celebrate Difference and Work Better Together.
**What we need from you**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role - Excellent knowledge of hotel operating systems (Opera preferred) - Very high attention to detail at all times - Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company - Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate - Valid First Aid Certificate and full QLD Drivers' Licence are essential - Ability to work under pressure and be familiar with fire emergency procedures, evacuation procedures, and demonstrate awareness of Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures.
