**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Participate in delivering Kronos configuration updates end to end in line with defined governance and process
- Engage with stakeholders, facilitate and develop communications and trainings plans for Service Delivery and the Business as they relate to key cycles and processes. Maintain and update documentation associated with any system enhancements including; workbooks and testing scripts
- Assist the Project Manager/Scrum Master with scope, issue, and risk management. Assist in identifying the process and change impacts from the selected solution designs.

**Your Experience**:

- Strong experience in solution design with the ability to build solutions that are easily supportable and meet business needs.
- Preferably some experience with Forecasting and Scheduling, but not mandatory
- Ability to manage a team of permanent and contract functional resources and ensure the timely and quality delivery of solutions through that team.
- Knowledge of end-to-end development processes and methodologies.
