Eden Ritchie is seeking a Paralegal Support Officer to provide paralegal and administrative services as directed in the provision of support to lawyers. The primary role of paralegals is to assist legal officers with the more routine legal tasks so that they may concentrate on providing high quality legal services to clients.

**As the Paralegal Support Officer, your key responsibilities will include**:
- Providing paralegal assistance to legal staff within a legal team as directed. This may include, but not be limited to:
- conducting land registry searches;
- preparing routine land registry forms;
- preparing template correspondence; and
- printing and collating correspondence and land registry forms for signing.
- Liaising as required with clients, legal practitioners and staff.
- Undertaking administrative tasks and other duties as directed.
- Undertaking own word processing and time recording entry.
- Accurately and responsibly recording client time and achieving billing targets within work constraints.
- Assist with billing process as applicable to your team.
- Comply at all times with the office standards, including:
- the client service charter;
- the requirement to meet target of four billable hours on average per day; and
- quality and timeliness measures.
- Where required, work across various teams and branches in Department.
