**About The Organisation**

Our client is a leading and highly respected therapy service provider in central Adelaide. They are owned and run by experienced Allied Health Clinicians, who genuinely understand the ins and outs your week as a therapists. They provide services to clients across the lifespan, within the clinic and within the community. As they embark on an exciting period of growth, they are looking for passionate Developmental Educators & PBS Practitioners to join their team

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide positive behaviour support assessments & plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions & assessments, behavioural counselling & support to a range of clients
- Provide functional, behavioural, psychometric & vocational assessments
- Achieve client defined clinical outcomes such as reducing challenging behaviour & improving quality of life

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Disability and Developmental Education or equivalent
- Full registration with the relevant membership body
- Assessed by NDIS or self-assessed as a PBS practitioner (any level) or willingness to upskill and become registered
- Demonstrated experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support to clients & a sound knowledge of the NDIS
- Demonstrated experience as a DE or PBS Practitioner - new graduates welcome to apply
