An indoor climbing center mainly for kids between 4-15years old. As the assistant manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Daily operation of the center regarding to customer safety, customer service, lead the team to ensure the great experience of the customer.

2. Handle admin related duties including party bookings, vacation care bookings, and other customer facing quire.

3. Lead and managing the team including reviewing the performance of the current team members as well as screening for new recruitment.

We are looking for someone with experience of customer facing especially in regarding to working with children. Strong customer service focus and professional work ethic are essential. The environment is high energy, fun and require multitasking skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

- Australia (preferred)
