**Your new role**:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client accounts within the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing sector. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that meet client requirements and drive business growth.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Manage and grow pharmaceutical client accounts.
- Develop and implement client-specific strategies to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing their enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the client base.
- Monitor and analyse account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company’s capabilities and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
