**About our Opportunity**

This role has lots of variety with being two roles in one; the primary role is purchasing for the small knit manufacturing branch to ensure the cost-effective provision and timely of daily raw material requirements in response to our customer needs. Then the second part of the role will require you to jump into the factory and manage the warehouse, picking parts, managing stock and equipment and receiving orders.

**Responsibilities**
- Purchasing inventory
- Manage purchasing systems
- Timely processing of requests for new vendor setup
- Create and manage forecast and purchasing orders
- Use ERP systems including SAP, Titan and MS Excel for administration purposes
- Maintain purchasing records, data and inventory pricing
- Electronic and physical stock control
- Load / unload trucks and vehicles
- Picking/packing and dispatch of parts and materials
- Inspection of incoming goods for quality compliance

**About you**
- Data entry skills with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in both Purchasing and Warehousing
- Teamwork oriented approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A current Forklift licence (essential) (5-tonne forklift)
