PFD Fresh to Go (a division of PFD Food Services) is a national manufacturer of quality, short shelf life fresh foods. As a National Provider, our Manufacturing sites operate in six locations across Australia, ensuring we are positioned to service large national and state based customers.

**The Role**

We require production workers to assist with food preparation, mixing batches, manual assembly and/or packaging of sandwiches, wraps and other like products in a chilled environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the mixes are made as per the order specified e.g. allergen order
- Follow the mix specification and job docket to ensure the mix is made in the correct way and to the right weight
- Collect ingredients from the chiller to produce the next mix
- Return ingredients to the chiller once they have been used
- Complete legible Traceability stickers for any ingredients opened or decanted and all mixes and record last day according to the appropriate production shelf life
- Record all required details on the Prep paperwork including batch codes and use by dates for ingredients etc.
- Ensure PPE is changed after each mix.
- Ensure end of day clean down is carried out for the area as specified and all equipment is cleaned.
- Inform QA if any issues are spotted with ingredients e.g. foreign objects

As part of our recruitment process you will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical (including a drug and alcohol test)

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
