- Opportunity to join a leading provider of high-quality aged care

Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional People and Culture Consultant to join their friendly team on a 6 month, fixed term contract. In this newly created position, you will play a vital role in providing support, coordination and administration for a full range of people and culture services for the organisation including the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, HR administration and coordination of training programs.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes in consultation with managers and relevant stakeholders
- Preparation of position descriptions, employment contracts and variation letters for staff
- Manage the administration of the employee life cycle
- Manage staff compliance requirements
- Administer and oversee employee benefits, rewards, and recognition programs
- Administration of Training and Development plans
- Payroll coordination
- Maintain Workplace Health and Safety related documentation including incident management and reporting

**About you**:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Management or experience in a Human Resources role for 2-3 years will be looked upon favourably
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel
- High level of confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- A problem solver with a solutions focused approach
- Great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ideally a background in aged care, health or within NFP organizations
