We are currently seeking a **Customer Services Team Leader** to join the Centre team at Westfield Miranda. This is a chance to join a team who are driven to consistently create moments that matter in the living centre every day and lead and inspire their team to deliver our Service Promise to our customers.

**Your opportunity**

As the Services Team Leader, you are proactive, hands-on and dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of customer service in an ever-changing environment across Customer Experience desk & Valet. Reporting directly to the Services Supervisor, you will assist with overseeing the team & ensure operations are running smoothly across the Customer Experience desk & Valet team.

A snapshot of your role:

- Ensure customer service levels are maintained at the highest levels within the service areas by ensuring processes, training and standards are managed
- Be empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift
- Assisting customers to ensure that every moment matters
- Provide leadership in all service areas including Customer Experience Desk, Valet and Carpark

The position requires working on a 7-day rotational roster, and possessing a valid full driver's license is a requirement for the valet aspects of this role.
