We are looking for specific skills/personality to match participant requests which range from working with complex behaviour, non-verbal, personal care and HPS to support for community access and assisted daily living.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in collaborating with individuals and their support network, providing assistance either in their homes or SIL Homes. The work is diverse, rewarding, and engaging - from assisting with daily living routines to facilitating social outings or pursuing hobbies and interests.

**What matters to us**:

- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English is ESSENTIAL
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility and reliability to accommodate varying schedules and client needs.
- Experience in the Disability and Aged Care sector
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Possession of a current NDIS Worker Screening check and Blue Card
- Valid Open Driver's License and vehicle available for transport
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- ABN is desirable

- Cert III in Individual Support (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (required)

- Drivers Licence & vehicle (required)
