**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Barista**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and efficiency.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

**Supervisor**:

- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service standards.
- Assist with staff training, rostering, and problem-solving.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

**Waitstaff**:

- Provide attentive and friendly table service.
- Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Specialty coffee and high-volume experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
