The health, welfare and biosecurity of their product is an important part of their practice, and this company manages every step of the food production process - from harvest, processing, packaging and dispatch. Based in the **South-West Sydney **suburb of **Ingleburn**, this organisation is looking for an up and coming **HR Advisor **to join their team in a permanent, full time role. **About the role** This is a fantastic role for an HR Coordinator or HR Officer to develop their skills and experience to be a well-rounded HR Advisor. The HR Advisor will support a blue-collar workforce of 150 employees and they will be hands-on working closely with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle in a mixture of HR Generalist and project work.
