Job Description: As a Landscape Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our landscaping teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and with a strong focus on safety.

Your expertise in team supervision, budget management, and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) will be instrumental in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead landscape teams, ensuring efficient and safe operations on-site.
- Project Management: Oversee landscaping projects, managing budgets and timeframes, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Reporting: Reporting to Construction and Project managers on site progress, delays, scope gaps, and unforseen issues.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, report incidents, and perform site inspections.
- Resource Allocation: Organize plant hire as needed, allocate resources effectively, and approve timesheets.
- Client Liaison: Maintain open communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress.
- Team Inductions: Ensure all team members are properly inducted on-site, adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Cert III in Horticulture
- Minimum 5 years of landscaping or construction experience
- Proven experience in team supervision, budget management, OHS, and site inspections
- Strong organizational and resource allocation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license
- White Card
