About You: We are seeking an experienced Mowing Team Leader/Mowing Operator to join our commercial landscaping team. This role is ideal for someone with a two or more years' hands-on mowing experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance across large commercial sites.

Position Responsibilities

  • Operating a range of commercial mowing equipment, including:

  • John Deere 7400 ride-on mower

  • John Deere 1600 ride-on mower
  • John Deere Z-Track ride-on mower
  • Cylinder and rotary push mowers
  • Lead and support mowing crews to ensure efficient, safe and high-standard site maintenance.
  • Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
  • Maintain clean, tidy and hazard-free work areas.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients as required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated 2 years' experience in a similar role within the landscaping or related field.
  • Confident operating both large-format ride-on mowers and smaller push mowers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current MR licence.
