We currently have an opportunity for a Concrete Batcher to join our welcoming and supportive team with the primary responsibility of accurately combining and dispensing pre mix materials to be delivered to site by our Agitator Truck Drivers.

As well as utilising your existing skills you will receive thorough training and learn new skills as part of our ongoing commitment to training. You will receive an attractive hourly rate and receive exposure to the construction materials industry with the opportunity to grow within the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Materials handling and ordering
- Basic plant maintenance
- Operation of plant including a Front End Loader
- Operation of the computerized batching plants
- Maintaining housekeeping/cleaning standards
- Administration tasks as required

**What you will need to succeed**
- Committed and compliant to Health, Safety and Environmental requirements
- Comfortable in working in a busy and demanding work environment
- Competency in operating a front end loader preferred but not essential
- Self driven with high work ethic and good team member
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Experience in concrete preferred but not essential
- May involve some night work
