**About the role**

As an Entry Level Program Lead, you’ll be responsible for the leadership and management of staff, programs and strategic portfolios.

**Your duties**
- Provide expertise on niche sectors of the labour market
- Analyse data which will assist with program development
- Lead and maintain a broad network of partners
- Mentor staff in complex situations
