This role is office based in Canberra.

**ROLE**

ASIS is seeking a highly-motivated and well-organised team member who can contribute to the ongoing
delivery and uplift of our Entry Level Program (ELP) capability, which includes a range of graduate program
streams.

In this role you will engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders; support and develop
new and existing staff (encompassing, but not limited to, graduates and line management alike); and
implement innovative program management approaches that support strategic priorities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**

The following is an overview of key responsibilities and tasks:
Coordinate the end-to-end processes of ELP development programs;
Develop and maintain effective relationships, including internal stakeholders and external
partnerships;
Contribute to community initiatives;

Support staff and facilitate growth environments; and

Identify and improve business process.

**EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**

The following education, qualifications and/or experience will be highly regarded:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail;
Proven customer service skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse
stakeholders;
Expertise in the prioritisation and management of tasks, often under time pressure and competing
priorities; and

A background in HR capability areas such as education, talent development, strategy, culture
and/or organisational enablement would be advantageous.
