Located in the historic Campbell Stores, between Circular Quay and The Rocks, Ploós is where history and tradition meet contemporary expression. Backdropped with a breath-taking view of Sydney’s Harbour and the iconic Opera House, Ploós’ generous alfresco dining space establishes an ambience connecting land to sea, with emphasis on dishes that reflect the serenity of the Mediterranean islands.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and electronically.
- A strong sales based mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Running the front desk during selected dinner/lunch services, managing bookings and showing guests to their tables as well as liaising with prospective diners who have expressed interest in the menu.
- Effectively communicating with the floor and kitchen management to ensure all information is clear and accessible regarding bookings, functions or events.

Pay: $23.93 - $36.38 per hour
