About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and inspired individual to join the Dexus Development Finance team as Finance Analyst and support the team through financial analysis, forecasting, and driving process improvements.

How you will make an impact

Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst will deliver valuable financial and analytical services across the Dexus $17.4 billion development pipeline, partnering with various stakeholders in Developments, Funds Management, Asset Management, Transactions and Finance that enhance decision making and commercial success.

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and deliver best practice asset cash flow and leasing modelling across the Real Estate platform- Prepare and coordinate property, portfolio and fund level reporting- Preparation of budgets and forecasts- Proactively building strong relationships with key stakeholders across Portfolio & Asset Management, Planning & Analysis, Funds Management and broader Finance Teams

About you:
We are looking for a driven and highly motivated individual who is quite agile in their thinking style, allowing them to comfortably manage the ambiguity of working in a changing environment. Ideally you will have at least 1-3 years’ experience in an analytical role within a corporate environment. You will be degree qualified and have completed or pursuing further studies in CPA/CFA, etc. Through your career thus far you will have developed a real knack for building relationships with your stakeholders, enabling you to manage, and influence at any level, with ease. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic and be a real team player looking to work collaboratively with peers in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
