**The Role**

Based in kadina - Permanent position 3 days per week (Wed, Thurs, Fri).

Bring your can-do attitude to change lives and build stronger communities alongside other like-minded individuals. Do this by quickly connecting with job seekers to empower them into employment. Our team also play the long game, this job isn’t just about getting people in to work now, it’s about supporting long term and sustainable employment that truly makes a difference.

Leverage relationships and teamwork with colleagues alongside local community connections. This will open the door of opportunity and make a real difference to individual lives. Your tech savvy nature makes admin and process driven activities a breeze.

Being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you have a positive attitude, ability to manage your workload / priorities, confidence with a variety of customer relationships, and solid administration skills you can succeed with us.

**Duties**
- Get job seekers into jobs
- Collaborate with the community to support job seekers
- Update systems and file case notes in line with processes and expected timeframes
- Generate leads and source vacancies
- Deliver on KPIs in a high paced environment
