**What to Expect in your New Career**
- Work to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Work on Cold, Warm and Active Clients
- Achieve daily and weekly KPI's
- Business development (new business)
- Manage existing clients (WARM DESK)
- Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients
- Ongoing training, education, and succession planning
- Reward lunches and trips away including overseas

We are all Retail Specialists, coming directly from the shop floor as proven leaders and sales champions. You will come from a similar background or you may even already be working in recruitment now. No matter what, you are a high achiever in your industry

- You love SALES and are results-focused
- Excellent at building relationships
- Have held longevity in your management career
- Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Have experience in KPI's and Budgets
- Be able to self-manage and assess your development
- Determined and resilient
- Fun, enthusiastic, and high-energy personality
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient technology user (computer literate)
- Excellent time management skills
