**About Us**
We're a small, family owned business who have been operating in Maitland since 2011. The Rigby was established in early 2016 with a focus on delivering consistent, quality product with a high level of service.

We're a cafe, bar & bistro currently open 7 days for breakfast, 4 days for lunch & 4 days for dinner & drinks. By day we run an all day breakfast/lunch menu & by night a tapas style small plates menu.

We currently run a house blend & rotating single origin espresso via a Slayer LP 3 group & Mahlkonig E65S & EK43.

**We’re seeking a cafe all rounder with strong barista skills, who works well under pressure. Must be experienced in dialling in grind trouble shooting, spinning milk, delivering consistent latte art & adjusting & following recipes.**

**As we are a small team, the role includes general wait staff & cleaning duties**

Pay: $25.00 - $36.93 per hour
