Our client is currently seeking experienced Trades assistants for their busy factory based in the Campbelltown area. If you are handy on the tools, have worked in fabrication workshops or have welding experience but no trades, these positions would suit you perfectly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the tradesman daily
- Keep work areas clean and tidy at all times, and maintain tools and equipment in good order
- Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards and the workplace complies with OH&S

**Skills & Experience Requirements**:

- Previous experience in welding - very highly regarded
- Physically capable to lift, carry and move lengths of aluminum, and stand for long periods of time
- Understand the importance of workplace health and safety, and follow company policies and procedures
- Have a strong work ethic, reliable and good sense of workmanship, to ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Be a team player with good communication skills

This is a great opportunity for the right person.

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Licence/Certification:

- Australian driver's licence (preferred)
