Part-Time Recruitment Consultant (3 Days/Week - 6mth Temp) - Brisbane

**About the Role**:
We're on the lookout for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a warm desk in either the healthcare, professional services, or community sector space. Working part-time on a 6 month temp contract (possibility of extension), you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle — from advertising, sourcing and setting interviews to client management and placement.
As this is a job share position, strong communication is key to the success and future of the role.
It is perfect for someone seeking work-life balance, returning to the workforce, or simply ready for a new challenge with the freedom of a part-time setup.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across temp or perm roles
Write compelling job ads, screen applicants, and conduct interviews
Provide a high-touch experience for clients and job seekers alike
Contribute to business growth through client engagement and delivery excellence
**About You**:
At least 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or internal)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with recruitment platforms (JobAdder a bonus)
Passionate about matching people with purpose
