We would also value you knowing a little or a lot about the following areas of team and store management:

- People management: leading, coaching, developing and motivating a team.
- Financial management: ability to drive store profitability through budget and KPI performance along with wage control - your rostering is important.
- Inventory management: high volume stock control, visual merchandising and store presentation
- Operations management: administrative tasks and stock take.

You will be supported by very capable hands-on Area Managers and a super amazing Head of Retail Operations. It is such a good time to join our growing business.

**About You**

You are super passionate about fashion and ensuring that every customer interaction you have is a positive one. You are a positive and well presented Team Member who values the importance of culture.

We are also looking for someone who has:

- Previous store management experience - either as a Store Manager or Assistant.
- The ability, and passion to motivate, inspire and engage team members in a fast paced environment
- Experience in a high volume stock environment with superior organisational and time management skills
- Be a true brand ambassador and display this through your attitude, performance and personal presentation - you are the brand
