**EZINK** is the **world’s fast-growing temporary tattoo brand** that’s redefining self-expression with our **premium tattoos**. From humble beginnings packing orders in a bedroom, we’ve grown into a thriving e-commerce business, sending thousands of orders worldwide. Now, we’re looking for a **Customer Support & Sales Representative** to help us take things to the next level.

**About the Role**

This is more than just a customer service job. You’ll be the **voice of EZINK**, ensuring every customer has an incredible experience while also **driving sales and partnerships**. If you’re someone who thrives on **solving problems, engaging with people, and spotting sales opportunities**, this role is for you.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with our community—responding to comments, messages & inquiries
- Manage and enhance customer reviews & feedback
- Build relationships with loyal customers and offer exclusive perks
- Identify and **bring new tattoo artists** on board
- Assist in organizing and managing our growing product range
- Work closely with the team to **improve processes and customer experience**

**What We’re Looking For**
- **A people person** - you love helping customers & turning problems into positive experiences
- **Confident & enthusiastic** - not afraid to engage, follow up, and drive sales
- **Experience in customer support and/or sales** - ideally in e-commerce or a similar fast-moving space
- **A self-starter** - you take ownership and find ways to improve processes

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Quarterly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

Work Location: In person
