**What you’ll do**
Within this role, you will be responsible for the accurate day to day planning of all Secondary Freight from Victorian DC’s to stores, ensuring all planning is aligned to store window guidelines.
Working in a passionate and supportive team, time will be spent building and managing stakeholder relationships, as well as:
- Performing daily transport planning activities,s in our Transport Management System (TMS)
- Planning of all orders Types, IWT’s, 3PL (Lineage) Regional customers, and Primary Connect load tenders
- Communicating all planning changes to the DC and 3PL (Lineage)
- Collating and accuracy of all NDC and LDC cross dock pallets, in TMSInvestigating any causes and such associated impacts to safety, cost or service performances
**What you’ll bring
- Exceptional time management skills and be able to work to strict service level agreement to ensure no impact to DCs and stores
- Understanding of transport allocation and/or fleet controlling including load planning
- Excellent systems and computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new system
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Effective problem solving skills & a high level of customer service

- Excellent knowledge of the metropolitan areaHave exposure to the Transport & Logistics industry (preferred)
