**Crew Leader - NBN Civil Construction Projects**

**About Us**:
Fibco is a hands-on civil construction company working on NBN projects across South Australia. From digging trenches to hauling cable to lifting heavy items, we tackle the physical work that keeps Australia’s network running strong. We pride ourselves on safety, speed, and high-quality results.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Crew Leader to take charge of a small team on site. This role suits someone who’s hands-on, great with people, and confident leading others. You’ll help guide day-to-day tasks, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure the crew stays productive and on track.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading a small crew on NBN projects
- Delegating tasks and supporting team members
- Digging trenches, laying/pulling cable
- Operating or supervising tools and machinery
- Liaising with supervisors and reporting progress
- Ensuring safety and quality on every job

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Civil construction experience (required)
- Leadership or crew management experience (preferred)
- A valid Driver’s Licence (required)
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

**Bonus Skills (not required, but great to have)**:

- First Aid & CPR certification
- NBN experience
- Traffic Management Certificate
- Asbestos Removal Class B Certificate
- Work Safely at Heights Certificate
- Machine tickets (e.g. excavator)
