**Position Summary**

To deliver exceptional customer support by providing information and expertise on pricing and availability of spare parts. Liaising with customers, providing quotation and raising purchase orders for the supply of spare parts. To ensure the highest quality and the highest level of communication and service to our valued customers.

**Responsibilties**
- Ensure compliance to the Terex policies, procedures and work instructions, documented quality system, and all OH&S procedures and policies.
- Liaise with suppliers locally, nationally and internationally to provide accurate information in relation to pricing availability and supply of spare parts for customer orders.
- Identify spare parts from Terex online systems, parts books and electronic catalogues for correct part numbers.
- Provide customer quotations for the supply of spare parts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Raise purchase orders on suppliers for parts required for customer orders, including calculating and converting foreign currency and required.
- Assist and participate in stock takes as required.
- Assist with Receiving and despatching stock such as unpacking of parts, checking of goods received, labelling of parts, picking and packing of parts, strapping and wrapping of pallets, and liaising with the Stores supervisor with any receiving issues and relocating of parts.
- Liaising with Spare parts, Service parts interpreter, customers, supplier's and freight carriers for orders, inward and outward stock movement, over or under supplies and any other stocking and shipping requirements.
- Liaise with internal customers, and Terex departments both locally and internationally such as, Warehouse, Engineering, Service, Quality and Product Support.
- Assisting with internal customers such as picking of parts for the Aftermarket Department, raising purchase orders for consumables, raising stock requisitions from other branches, and booking parts to Services.
- Operating and general maintenance of the forklift for unloading and loading of trucks and storage of pallet racking in addition, refuelling and conducting general safety checks.
- General housekeeping and other duties as directed by the Branch manager including taking part in any training as required.

**Position Qualifications**
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office
- A strong customer focus with ability to build strong relationships with customers, both internally and externally.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Good team work skills.
- Good customer relations skills.
