**Job Opportunity: Aged Care Workers (Multiple Position Available)**

**Position Description**:We are seeking compassionate Aged Care Workers committed to providing personalized care and support to elderly individuals for an aged care facility in Rosebud. Responsibilities include fostering independence, respecting cultural backgrounds, and collaborating with a diverse team to deliver comprehensive care services tailored to the unique needs of seniors in these communities.

**Qualifications & Selection Criteria**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support/Home and Community Care/Aged Care or equivalent.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' completion certificate.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates (or ability to obtain within the first month).
- Evidence of up-to-date COVID Vaccination (recommended).
- Evidence of current Flu Vaccination.
- Availability for flexible hours, including overnight stays in remote areas for several weeks.

**Salary And Benefits**:

- Possible Accommodation in Rosebud for 6 weeks.
- Work Shifts: 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off (6 shifts/week on-site) or 38-hour week.
