In this newly created role you will be responsible for championing governance, compliance and risk mitigation across the entire business. Leveraging the existing Compliance Playbook, the role will strengthen current sales and marketing compliance, but also build strong governance practices across the whole business. Key to this role will be to ensure appropriate governance measures are more than a tick box exercise, to deliver real value across the business by mitigating risk.

**Key accountabilities**:
Strengthening the current compliance risk framework to become best in class and create a governance structure
Maintaining the profile and visibility of the compliance team across the business
Reporting to the Board on adherence to compliance processes
Identifying non-financial risks across the business
Partnering with stakeholders to manage identified risks
Developing the business risk team in line with a growing risk remit
The right person will have a minimum of 8 years commercial experience to include managing people. Your background should include:
Demonstrable experience of improving and implementing compliance frameworks
Instrumental in identifying and mitigating non-financial risks in a growth business environment
Working with the ACCC will be looked upon favourably
Proven ability in designing and implementing risk management and GRC processes
Proven ability to develop and maintain organisational relevant compliance policies and procedures
Assist with the development of compliance training content
Excellent oral and written skills
Able to manage time effectively
Suitable qualifications in compliance and/or risk management minimum of 5 years To Apply
