About the role
This role reports to the Executive Director Operations and works with the Court's Executive, registry staff, corporate managers and judicial support teams.

**This role**:

- Provides authoritative, high quality, accurate and timely records management advice to internal stakeholders, including training and supporting staff in best practice records management.
- Oversees the collection, access, storage and disposal of CCV records to ensure the effective and efficient management of records in accordance with PROV standards.
- Undertakes research to identify and facilitate continuous improvement of the Court's records management activities, including the recommendation of process improvements.
- Develops and manages record management specific policies and deliver projects to successful outcomes.
- Expertly appraises and sentencse the Court's judicial and corporate records and oversee a program of lawful records disposal in compliance with PROV standards, including transferring permanent records to PROV.
- Identifies, manages, monitors and reports as required on the Court's records management environment, risks and practices at a jurisdictional and CSV level, according to CCV and CSV risk management policies and procedures.
